Spectrum Machine and Design is well equipped with state of the art CNC machinery. Our manufacturing operations are housed in a clean, modern, temperature controlled 17,000 square foot facility which provides the environment in which sophisticated, precision manufacturing can be achieved.

Our facilities are located adjacent to Bradley International Airport (BDL). Bradley is second only to Boston’s Logan International for air traffic in the New England region. We are 15 minutes from Hartford Connecticut and Springfield Massachusetts. We are adjacent to Interstate 91, providing convenient connections to the tri-state area as well as other New England locations. This allows us to be responsive to our customer’s requirements. In 2012, we expanded our floor space by 800% and subsequently expanded our machining capacity by 300% and continue to add new machinery in order to facilitate additional capacity and capability. Each year that passes, marks a continual expansion of our capabilities and capacity. We seize upon opportunities that present themselves and will add capabilities in order to meet these challenges.
Quality
We are currently implementing AS9100 compliance in conjunction with our E2 MRP system. This will facilitate paperless real time compliance to shop floor operations.
